Poster Guidelines

Poster preparation

Poster boards will be given specific numbers. The corresponding number of the poster boards can be obtained from the online abstract book, which is available on the member section of the ISoP website at https://isoponline.org/members/isop-drug-safety/ (no abstract book will be handed at the registration desk). 

Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster presentation.

Prizes

Important notice about poster prizes: Although it is important and recommended for the presenters to be present/stand by their posters during the poster’s presentation, due to a large number of posters, the Poster Committee will not only view the posters during the official sessions but during the whole conference.

Poster Viewing Schedule / Discussion time with Poster Committee

Poster Session 1 on 21 September 2022

• From 10:30 to 11:00
• From 15:30 to 16:00

Poster Session 2 on 22 September 2022

• From 10:10 to 10:40
• From 14:30 to 15:00

Please make sure to bring your poster with you to Verona.
Poster discussions will take place in front of the posters.
Presenters should be beside their posters during the viewing dates and times and have handouts of their posters available.

Please note: Discussions will start on time even if oral sessions are delayed and will continue until all posters scheduled in that session will be evaluated. Posters will be evaluated anyway although the presenter is not standing in front of the poster.

Poster flash preparation

In addition to the poster sessions, there will be 19 poster flash presentations with pre-selected authors who will make a short presentation during lunch times (3 min presentation + 2 min discussion).

1 best Flash Presentations will be awarded during the poster prize ceremony on Friday 23 September at 12:20.
